OF RUSK COUNTY, TEXAS
You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the Rusk County Commissioners
Court will be held on Monday, July 5, 2010 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. in the County
Courtroom, First Floor, Rusk County Courthouse, at which time the following
subjects will be discussed, considered, passed or adopted, to-wit;

(1) Approve budget amendments and/or transfers
(2) Approve July 5, 2010 Rusk County payroll
(3) Discuss for approval amended order #2010-05-01(A)CC to close C.R. 272 as
requested from Luminant by the Texas Railroad Commission to include
specific
wording in order required by the Commission
(4) Discuss for approval request from Pamela Pipkin for permission for the library
to apply (retroactive) for minigrant from the Northeast Texas
Library System
(NETLS) for "Literacy Puppet Show" project for Tatum Public
Library
(5) Discuss for approval per diem travel pay for Rusk County employees who travel
out of county to attend day or overnight conferences for certain
elected official
offices’ that have agreed to be responsible for timely submission of
expense
report for their employees presented by Chief Ronald Duncan, Rusk
County Sheriff’s
office
(6) Discuss for approval to donate to the Rusk County Veteran’s Memorial Monument
Association one Dooney & Burke purse to be raffled by that
organization that was
not claimed from the Rusk County auction held on December 28, 2009
in the Rusk
County Courtroom
(7) Discuss for approval request from Bishop L. J. Guillory for proclamation of support
for the Ombudsman International Youth Preservation College to be
located in
Henderson
(8) Discuss the Almond Tree, Community Resource & Training Center with Dianna
Claiborne, executive director of said center and possibly approve
letter of support
for housing preservation grant from the USDA
(9) Public comment - no action to be taken
(10) Approve payment of bills
(11) Adjournment
