to apply for Texas Commission on the Arts Performance Support grants
for
summer programs that will pay half the fee for programs by
Lucas Miller and
Mark Shelton presented at the Rusk County Library
(3) Approve Rusk County Commissioners Court minutes for special meetings on
January 7, & 20, 2010, February 4 & 18, 2010; regular
meetings on January11,
2010 and February 8, 2010
(4) Consider for approval the following pipeline/utility requests:
a. BRG Lone Star, LTD., to place 4" pipeline under/across C.R.

(5) Public Comment - no action to be taken
(6) Approve the following monthly reports for February 2010:
a. Indigent Health Care and Public Assistance
b. Auditor’s monthly report
c. Treasurer’s month report
(7) Approve budget amendments and/or transfers
(8) Approve payments of bills
(9) Adjournment
