You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the Rusk County Commissioners
Court will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the County
Courtroom, First Floor, Rusk County Courthouse, Henderson, Texas at which time
the following subjects will be discussed, considered, passed or adopted, to-wit;
(1) Approve budget amendments and/or transfers
(2) Approve February 20, 2010 Rusk County payroll
(3) Discuss for approval request from Rick Hanning of Luminant for approval of a
resolution of support for Luminant crossing of FM1716
(4) Discuss for approval request from Kishla Salazar for help to re-establish the
SANE program for Rusk County
(5) Discuss for approval request from Arthur and Donna Burke to establish a
neighborhood road that would allow access to their property off C.R.

(6) Approve new lease agreement between Rusk County and Xerox for copy
machine in the Treasurer’s office
(7) Discuss for approval request from Nancy Preston to approve Teris Butler to
the Rusk County Child Welfare Board effective April 1, 2010
(8) Approve December monthly report for:
a. Champion EMS
Approve January monthly reports for:
a. Rusk County Maintenance Supervisor
b. Rusk County Justices’ of the Peace 1,2,3,4&5
c. Rusk County Constables’3,4 &5
d. Treasurer’s report
(9) Consider for approval the following pipeline/utility requests:
a. Cross Roads Special Utility District to place 4" PVC water line
under/across
and within the right of way of C.R. 176
(10) Public comment - no action to be taken
(11) Approve payment of bills
(12) Adjournment
